I called to inquire about renting space. Ms. Zaidman was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about all my questions and worked diligently to make sure I had the proper space I needed at a good price. Moved in on a Sunday, Paul and Ron were johnny on the spot with all my needs. Showed the space to me to make sure I was satisfied. This has been a rewarding experience.

Every interaction we have with the staff at Security Public Storage in Herndon has been amiable, polite, and incredibly satisfying! They put the customer first and give you the information you are looking for and add any suggestions they might have regarding it. We needed two storage units close together and they helped us find the closest together units that fit our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Since Security Public Storage aquired American Self Storage, we’ve seen improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and facilitiy improvements. We have been customers of American Self Storage for almost 20 years and have never seen this much positive change so quickly.
I am very pleased with both the staff and the services with this company, They make sure that my needs are met and they go out of their way to make sure my storage is well maintained I highly recommended anyone to use theirs sevices
