The Customer Service is Great..and I would Refer people there for thier personal Storage needs and the Facility is always Clean .. And they are very Affordable as well...
I love the facility, the team running the place is amazing! I will recommend it to anybody that needs a clean, safe, and well run storage space to check them out. The location is very central just outside the border line with the District of Columbia, near to Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase, and Somerset.
This was by far the MOST professional encounter I've ever experienced when dealing with a storage company EVER. He helped me and had me in a storage unit in what seemed like much less that 10-15 minutes... I had my VERY busy 4 year old with me he didn't complain one time... These guys are clean they provide you with a gate code and that feels SUPER secure!
I am very happy with the customer service here. The managers, Stephanie and Chris always go above and beyond for me. I wouldn't store anywhere else. The security is really good, i don't see sketchy people hanging around like most places, i always feel safe when i'm there. Thank you SPS Team.

I contacted three other storage before security public storage. Mellissa was the only to talk about security safety of the facility and personal property. Which sold me. all staff is awesome. Thank you!!!
The positives are they have trash onsite, and it's fairly easy to get a hold of people. Negatives include lots of dust getting into my stuff because of bad seals, and an inconsistent bathroom use policy (sometimes you can use it, sometimes you can't) which affects me a lot since I live out of town.
