Great customer service. Once, when I missed a payment, they called me TWO DAYS before any late fee might be assessed so that I could save money and pay the bill on time. Truly appreciated!
I love this place because I can just pull up and get my stuff quick and easy. The staff is very friendly, if for some reason I left my storage unit open they will call me and let me know. The only thing is that my unit gets a little Dusty from the Train

This is the best personal storage place ive found in Modesto, its the most secure, the prices are really competitive, and the staff are always super helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to store their belongings.
The staff is great and is available for questions and misc storage help. The storage facility is secure with adequate site lighting and switched lighting in storage units
