Trina and Walter are amazing, fromt the minute you walk in, they treat you like family. They are very cusomer centric and take pride in their family run business. Unlike most rental places where the people who work there barely look up at you, at SPS Herndon, you are greeted with a smile and made comfortable with the entire process. The facility itself is very clean and we would give the experience an A+. Rob Posch and I would definitely use SPS Herndon again.
The staff is always very nice and friendly. They do a great job of keeping the property clean and the environment always feels safe.
