This is my first time ever using a storage facility. Daly City SPS was the second place that I took a look at., but so glad that I kept looking for somewhere to place mu stuff. EVERYONE is polite, professional, and just super nice. They give you a tour and also made a follow up call with me to check if I was satisfied. This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the back of a court. Great security set up all the way around and I truly recommend you use them if they have space available.
This company takes pride in it's appearance and service. Facility is always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. I would recommended this facility to anyone looking for a place to rent space from.

Absolutely love this place. Service was phenomenal and the employees honestly care about you and give you exactly what you need. As a college freshman I had no idea how to do payment plans and picking a size and the employee went out of her way to show me options and made sure I left feeling great about my purchase. It’s completly secure with a gate and personal alarms per unit. Also it’s super close to both Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College which makes it the storage unit I will use for the next three years.
I was in a bind . Overwhelmed . The manager , Jessica Cleland was professional and compassionate at the same time . The service was stellar . The facility is new and top of the line security . I rented their on site moving truck for $15 which was perfect for my move . They also provided two moving dollies . I highly recommend this facility . Karen Baas
I have rented a storage unit at Security Public Storage for almost a year now. I chose this location because it was close to my house and had the best rates in the area. When I went in to tour the unit, I was greeted by the nicest office staff who were very patient with me when I wanted to check out multiple units. The hallways are very clean and well lit. Paul and Gail have patiently answered my many questions. This storage facility is clean and sprayed for pests regularly. Upon mentioning trouble with my lock, the problem was fixed within minutes. Great service
I've had my personal things here at Security Public Storage in Pinole for over a year and I can't say enough about Michele. She is always so friendly and helpful!
