I have been at Herndon SPS for over 10 years and am very happy with the customer service, cleanliness and security. We have had many management teams come through at this location, They have all been professional and helpfult. Currently we have another new team. I have met one of the 3, however, I have spoken to all. They seem very customer service oriented and concerned with the satisfaction of their customers. Thanks SPS Herndon for the quality that I have come to expect.

We have used this storage facility since July 2017. Dwayne in the office exhibits excellent customer service. The facility is well lit, clean, and accessible. We definitely recommend this facility!
The service is amazing here. They are easy to locate and to work with. The service was speedy and didn't take much time at all. The employees are extremely nice and helpful and the storage units are great sizes with high netted ceilings, which give you the ability to stack things up with extra room. Love it!
