Very accomodating staff.the storage is very clean
Kayla was very helpful when I initially called, and then showed me a couple of different sized spaces when I arrived, and told me all the details I needed to know about renting there, which I appreciated. I also reserved their truck to use for my move, which saved me some money. The space was very clean and the location is safe, and she told me she/they monitor around the clock with video camera surveillance, which is important to me. I'm very pleased that I chose the Vacaville Location! Thank you. Mark.
Great customer service, great location and easy access.
The storage is in a great location. The staff is very helpful. One time we dropped our phone while at our unit and one of the employees helped search the grounds for it. Love that we do not have to worry about our unit since the property is monitored 24/7.
