We've used SPS off and on for long and short term storage over six years and we have always had a great experience.The current owners are just as courteous, helpful and friendly as the owners in 2009. The rates are still affordable and the units are well maintained. We used to live two blocks away from them when we first started our storage experience. Strongly recommend SPS Blackstone! 1) The customer service is top notch; the employees are friendly and helpful. 2) I feel 100% confident in the security of my belongings here. Every storage facility that I've used over the course of 15 years, this location has consistently been one of the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and very helpful. The units are individually armed with security, and have lights built in with timers. Everything is clean and well-kept. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for short or long-term storage
Security Public Storage is a safe and clean place. The prices are very reasonable. And to put the icing on the cake, the customer service is outstanding!!! The ladies in the office are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed
