Had my storage over 6 months now.. No problem what so ever.. the employee are super nice.. every time I come to my storage i stop by to see if they have anything new. they are always so helpful. Compare to other storage companies where they don't care if you would rent a storage or not.. they care for their clients at this location for sure
Security Public Storage is a Santa Rosa Gem! You can't ask for a better team of people. The most friendly business I've ever dealt with. As far as security goes, I've never felt as secure as I do with Security PS. I've had units all over the U.S. none have come anywhere close to them in Service or Security. I HIGHLY suggest storing with the best at Security Public Storage!!!!
We rent a storage unit here and it's very secure and the customer service is outstanding definitely recommend

Storage here is excellent. The prices are reasonable, in five years storing there I've not had any security issues and the folks in the office are always friendly, warm, and helpful.
Todd helped me out & gave me a lot of great info! He showed me the space, made all the regulations clear, & seemed to genuinely want my business. I had been to several other storage facilities prior to this one but once I'd been shown the space & met the staff I knew I didn't need to look any further! I recommend this place to anyone who asks & rarely write reviews but felt it necessary for this business. Great job all around! Looking forward to continuing to store my things securely.
I am a returning customer so this speaks to the fact that I am a satisfied customer. The facility is safe and clean. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Price is competitive with area.
Great facility & fantastic staff.. I've been using my unit for almost a year & haven't had any problems.. also 1 of the best priced storage places in Salinas..
This facility is clean and well organized. No problems with the keypads and gate for entry and exit. The staff are always friendly and approachable. We got an odd-shaped unit that gives us a little more space than the standard unit of that size. Overall, highly recommended.
