My family and I have used a few different storage facilities, and Security Public Storage, surprisingly, had the best customer service. It's not one we had heard of before, but it came at a great rate so we tried it out, and we are glad that we did. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 under the facility area is for two reasons: 1 being that they don't always have toilet paper in the restroom (which isn't huge), and 2 being that there is usually a HUGE garbage that we can't use as we clean out our storage, ($50 for eve... read more
I enjoy the fact that my personal belongings are secure with an alarm that prevents or cuts down on lost or stolen things.
Thankful on Thanksgiving! The staff here is great! I've stored my stuff at this facility before and so have other family members.
Ive been renting a storage unit at Sps in Pittsburg on Harbour for 6 months. The premises & units are clean which Is a plus. The staff is courteous which is a double plus & the prices are affordable which is a triple plus. I recommend everyone whose in need of renting a storage unit to stop bye.
