My experience has been a very positive one starting with my very first phone call, for which they were professional, courteous, and helpful. They're facility is well maintained, and in an excellent, safe, and secure location. I've never had any problems dropping off, or picking up my belongings, and am glad I chose this Security Public Storage location.
Mr. Rob & Ms. Mary are great people. They offer great customer service!!! I will recommend this place to my family and friends.
I can't say enough about this storage facility. I spoke with both ladies on the phone. They both are very kind and helpful. I am so glad I chose this storage facility over some that were even closer to where I am currently staying. It's clean, secure, in a better part of SR, but I highly recommend Security public storage.

Storage #374 Jessie Countee, very happy with the customer service at the woodland location in Modesto. Not only are the grounds but the storage units are clean and safe as well. The have moving supplies and locks for sale on premisses available. The also have different promotions that could save you money on your storage rental.
Jorge & Emlie are TOPS! And facility is safe and climate-controled so my property is protected from water, humidity, and damage. Thx for years of peace-of-mind!
I rented here in 2008 and it was great then, clean, friendly, and helpful; Now it's 2016 and I needed storage so I went back, and still just as clean and well kept as the 1st time, friendly and helpful, Thanks for making this easy for me. A.Dagny

Been here for 8 years now & no problems. Always feel safe & secure. Lana & Lynda are great ladies, very helpful, kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Never have I had such great service like I've had with Josh, the manager of the facility, he's been top notch for our family's entire stay.
