The staff were very helpful the first time we were there. However I was told I was enrolled in automatic payment and then I got an email saying my payment was late. When I called they did fix the issue right away.
It was a wonderful experience and i recommend security public storage in Vallejo California, lana and lynda are wonderful to work with, renting a storage was simple and easy
This is my second time renting here is nice, clean, safe and affordable. There are two nice ladies who really cares.
When I first signed a lease there, I was satisfied with the facility and the personnel working there. Since Sam and his wife have taken over management responsibilities, things are cleaner, more organized, and certainly more efficient. They are personable, fair, but adhere to the rules to elevate this facility to one of the best I have ever used in any state.

Customer service is super friendly and helpful the facility is clean. I have been renting a mid-size storage unit for 4-5 months. I'd recommend this particular location for the free moving truck option since not all other locations have this consideration.
They are very friendly and very helpful. They are always available to help. I feel vey secure and comfortable using them.
The prices seemed a little expensive however it's pretty comparable to other storages in the area. The facility manager allowed me to downgrade in size when I was able to remove some of my things.
