I have rented a unit for the past three years and have come back and rent in previous years. I have had two to three managers and were treated really well. The current managers have been real understanding and have worked with me when need. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
What a fabulous place to do business with. We have offices outside of this area and had to find a storage unit for business that we felt comfortable with. From the moment they said hello, I new I had found the right place. The have gone over and above with everything they have helped us with. Thank you Security Public Storage.

Security Public Storage in San Ramon has excellent customer service. Lisa and Norm have always been very helpful with friendly and personable service. The facility is clean, easily accessible, and always has water/snacks available.
I've looked at various storage facilities around San Pablo and Richmond and I can definitely confirm that is the best you can find. Their prices are reasonable, the storage units are spacious, the facility is kept clean, it is nicely secured (automated fences, good lighting, multiple video cameras, on-site manager), and the customer service is outstanding. Pros: * Unit is clean and secure * Staff was friendly and helpful (though management has apparently changed since I rented my unit). * Location is convenient (right off of Route 40). Cons: * 24 hour access would be preferable. * A bit more expensive than other options (if I had had more time to research I likely would have chosen a less expensive option). * I would have preferred not having a water pipe go directly through my unit, both because it takes away a bit of space and because it poses the potential for water damage ... read more
This is the 2nd storage facility I have used in Frederick. The 1st one was 15 years ago when I moved from NY to Md and needed to store items until our home was built...When i needed one 3 years ago I went back to them and was completely turned off. I visited SPS and was sold. The staff and site are wonderful...always available, the location is so close to my home and is always clean. Bravo. and Thanks
I am very pleased with SPS. I was able to get two units without waiting, and both were clean and ready for use on the same day. The staff was very helpful, and had all of the locks, boxes, and supplies I needed to move for sale in the leasing office. I'm six thousand miles from home right now, and one thing I don't have to worry about is whether my stuff will be safe until I get back.
You won't find a place with a better deal or a cleaner grounds or a more organized system or better service. Security Public Storage is Top Notch and definately 5 stars!
