I'm glad I chose Security Public Storage in El Sobrante, CA to store my belongings. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I don't remember the name of the lady who set up my account, but she went the extra mile to make sure my account was set up properly. What had happened was, I didn't realize the storage unit I picked was too small until I arrived back with my belongings. It was almost closing time, but she made sure I had a larger unit before she started with her process to close down the facility for the day.... read more

Great location, affordable price and awesome customer service.
The Brea location is great! Prices are low, and security is high! I personally love how Tailgating is not allowed! Staff is very helpful. A couple of downsides: driveways are very narrow and it's inconvenient when the units are inaccessible on Holidays. Also, I wish loyal customers would be entitled to the 50% discounts on new units.
