I’ve rented from many and this is by far the best storage facility in town. Clean, good staff and accessibility make this a 5 star location.
I’ve used several storage facilities through the years and SPS at the NW Portland location is the best of my experiences to date. There is ample room to park so that you don’t feel crowded and blocked in or blocking someone in just because more than 2 people showed up at the same time. I really appreciate all the help Carlos has given me! I rented a unit from California, and Carlos was very helpful in getting the right unit at the right price. There are no hidden fees like many other storage companies, and I can cancel at anytime with no fees. It's a convenient location off the Fremont Bridge with easy access, and the extra security at this facility is great. Great place to store your stuff. They are new, clean, and have a friendly staff. Their prices are competitive and they have dollies available to help loading/unloading of stuff. They also have an easy to access location which was a big plus.
My experience with Security Public Storage has been exceptional! Beautiful and clean facilities, helpful staff, and a great location in the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a shot or long-term storage solution!

I was blown away when I arrived, brand new and fully secured. I am in a wheelchair and the building was fully accessible.
Good place. Good security. VERY friendly & helpful staff. Only downside, if you don't get your vehicle out of the secure gate by 10p... it's locked in there overnight
