The most kind, friendly, and helpful staff... brand new facility and the floor plan makes it easy to get to different storage units. The hallway is heated nicely so even when it was snowing outside we were comfortable inside when we were moving into our new unit. Moving here saved us hundreds of dollars compared to the other storage facility less than a mile away.
The facility is brand new, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and they have many options to choose from for all your storage needs!
The employees at this facility work hard & seem genuine about their concern to provide caring service to the customer. Until things go wrong. And things went wrong in my case. The contract the customer signs, not surprisingly, also is extremely unfavorable to the consumer, and for all of these reasons, I urge potential customers to either stay away from this service provider, or exercise extreme caution.
