Really great special move in prices. Staff were very nice and helpful. Facility is clean and well lit. Very happy with everything even though it's 15 mins away from where I live. Elevator could stay open a little longer, because it shuts down on you before you get the chance to get your second cart in.
We went in not sure what the procedure was for renting a storage unit and Gavin (at the front desk) walked us through, literally: the whole facility. He was very helpful, and we rented a unit right on the spot. We also ended up using their rental vans (U-Haul) several times during our move and we received the same fast, easy service. We can't recommend them enough, or can we?? YES!
They are very fair and firm.
The staff here provide truly exceptional service! They have helped me orient myself in the building, sort out paperwork, and the security and condition of the facilities leave me with peace of mind. Thank you!
