We’ve stored our stuff here for nearly a year and have been extremely happy with the security and service. It’s in an ideal location - just off the freeway so if you have a U-Haul you don’t have to navigate too many city streets. As with any storage facility, the biggest concern is security. And Security Public Storage is locked up tight! The outside looks like Fort Knox. The main office is like a command center with TVs and monitors that never turn off. There are cameras everywhere. Amazing customer service and super clean units!
From the time we got to this facility we were treated with professionalism and expediency. Adam was extremely helpful as he walked us through the steps of obtaining a storage unit. Highly recommend this establishment.
Great service until they jacked up the price quite a little bit too almost double what I was paying during the promotion still okay locked in kind of now but overall worth it that's compared to other places in the area. Love the climate control and security onsite

This review reflects only on the service provided to me insofar at time of signing up the Rental Agreement. Tina Tillery, the onsite manager, has been very polite and thorough. She addressed all my questions and needs. She has given me the opportunity to evaluate different options in the market to make an informed decision. Storage Public Storage is indeed the right choice for me at this time.
