I've rented a unit at the Escondido location for over 15 years, to store business records. The place is clean, secure and pest-free (important when you're storing primarily paper). The staff is always friendly and helpful -- even when I forget things like my gate code!
I have rented other storage units in the past but this place has been the best in quality, service, and more importantly, affordability! Even other customers are friendly enough to have helped me a few times with heavy lifting. We have had our belongings stored for over a year with no damages or concerns. I appreciate their business. I would definitely recommend.
