I have been at this storage facility only since July. Management has being always polite and to the point. Overall, the facility seems to be safe and secure, nice and clean. Since I moved my belongings into my storage space, I haven’t seen any live pest activity; though couple times I run into couple dead roaches. Probably meaning the management keeps good eye on pest control. I can assure this by the subtle smell of pesticide ingredients surrounding the unit where my rental space is located…
True mental misfits run this place! Niceness has nothing to do with the people who run this place. Security is for shit! Anyone can just walk in. Even through secure gates, if u just follow another car in. Lots of cameras around but when ur unit is illegally entered, they're unable to provide footage cause they only keep it for 2 weeks b4 discarding so I'm told! What I like about this place is that everyone is really nice. Also, they always give you a courtesy reminder call to pay your bill before you get a late fee. If you're like me and have a million things to do, a million things to worry about, and hate late fees with a passion. Then this is the right place for you!
