I have rented a unit for the past three years and have come back and rent in previous years. I have had two to three managers and were treated really well. The current managers have been real understanding and have worked with me when need. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
We shopped around Martinez, Pacheco and Concord, and very wisely selected choosing Security Public Storage in Martinez for our 5'x10' unit. The management (especially David) were helpful every step of the way, including showing us the unit, explaining all the storage and contractual details, and offering us discounts. I needed a safe and secure facility for my extra belongings. I first thought of the yellow pages and then I found security public storage closest to my home. it always is a pleasure to visit this site. It is always so clean and the people are always so polite and helpful. I highly recommend this site for sure and I don't know how other security public storage facilities are but if they are like the facility on muir road they are a credit to the storage business.
I am surprised by the first review here, because the managers at Security have been super-nice to me, very straightforward and helpful. The place is just a stone's throw from the historic home of John Muir, the great conservationist. It's very well-kept and clean, the prices are competitive, and the hours are great for busy people; you can access your stuff up 'til 10pm!
If you need to store your stuff and you are lucky enough to live in Martinez, this is your place... great place and staff.
This is a place that you want to check if you need storage. They have great units at a good price and the staff is friendly and competent. A++
As a very long term tenant of this facility, I'm truly confident in SPS's selection of on-site employees; VERY responsive decent people!!!
SECURITY PUBLIC STORAGE MARTINEZ MANAGERS ARE THE WORST, RUDEST AND DISHONEST MANAGERS I HAVE EVER MET. THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND WOULD NOT REFUND. THEY LIED, AFTER GIVING MY NOTICE THEY KEPT MY MONEY THAT SHOULD OF BEEN RETURNED. I OVER PAID A FEW TIMES. THEY SAID I DID NOT GIVE NOTICE SO THEY KEPT IT.
