The owners are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone.
It's clean and neat, parking is always right next to your storage unit (place is never crowded), and I never see any signs of rodents or insects. Soothing ambience; site is mostly surrounded by hills with lots of trees. Managers are so friendly that we always chat when I come in to pay, or even when we encounter each other on the streets of downtown Martinez. I love the place.

Outstanding service and access here. Always a pleasure to see Paul and Gayle. Just visited recently to look at a larger unit and Jerry drove us to the unit in the golf cart, helped us unload a few bins and made sure everything was secure before we left. Truly deserving of the word Security in its name. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Gail and Paul are tremendous help on saving my sons storage unit that has is dads military items and the faculty is clean and they are excellent business managers. They also helped us with our storage unit. I recommend this storage facility to store a person personnel property, friendly , clean, storage facility. Thank you for your help Gail!
I experience the facilities clean and convenient, safe and secure, and the managers are courteous and helpful--everything I consider important for such business.
Gail and Paul are two of the nicest people I've met! I could pay my bill online but since its the location is so conveniently located, I make it a point to stop in each month and do it in person instead. The grounds are very well maintained and the unit was spotless when we rented it. And you'd think the price would be high due to all this, but it was comparable to many of the other storage facilities in the area. Can't go wrong!
