The on site managers run a tight ship. They are personable, professional and helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The closest I can come to an inconvenience is that the carts most often provided for loading and unloading your unit are locked up and you have to ask for the key and return it after use. Paul and Gail King are the best property managers around here. They work with you and are always there to help you with any issue you may have. I’ve never experienced any problem in the facility for the last 2+ years and the rate was reasonable. I highly recommend.

The Management is very helpfully and courteous. The facilities are always clean and easily accessible. I’m very happy with the services and recommend this facility to anyone that needs some storage space.
Courteous and professional staff, clean facility. Complimentary coffee (thanks, Gail!) in the office. Site is secured with gate code, and each unit is alarmed and locked with customer’s personal lock. I’ve never had an issue. Will continue to rent here until I find a bigger place to live and store my extra belongings.
