I am happy with the service provided by Security Public Storage. I wouldn't go to any other place for my storage needs.
Have used storage facility for many many years. Have multiple storage units. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Units are alarmed and facility is secure. Have never had any problems. Clean, well kept area.
If you need a storage unit then this is the place you want to rent from. The units are clean and the property is excellently maintained. It is well lit, No weeds, no trash cans for people to dump their junk and even better...no creeps hanging out! I feel safe being alone in my unit at night and the security system is excellent so I know my things are safe too ����! All of the employees are more than happy to go the extra mile to help you. The facilities are clean (inside and out), and I have never had to worry about being there alone. Before you think of going somewhere else, you need to check this place out!
Very pleasant personnel. Gail was able to assist with my storage situation very quickly. There was an issue with the bill, but was resolved in a timely manner. Big facility, highly recommend.
I have had storage at this facility for decades. I am dismayed by their frequent rent increases and no breaks for long term good customers.
Happy with the customer service, friendliness, and location. Another awesome fact: if you need a storage lock, and buy Security Public Storage lock, the purchase waives your deductible IF by chance there's a break in. There is a good track record at this location, and I did my research.
Had my storage over 6 months now.. No problem what so ever.. the employee are super nice.. every time I come to my storage i stop by to see if they have anything new. they are always so helpful. Compare to other storage companies where they don't care if you would rent a storage or not.. they care for their clients at this location for sure
I am a returning customer so this speaks to the fact that I am a satisfied customer. The facility is safe and clean. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Price is competitive with area.
