Family rents from this storage since 2011, definitely way better than Public Storage where we used to rent from. All MGRs that supervised this storage were all great.

I have a storage at the Hayward, CA. branch, and everyone at the facility there have been professional and very helpful to me and others. This facility is very clean and I would suggest this facility to anyone who is looking for a storage.
Great place to have your storage. The outside area is kept clean an neat even though lots of dust.
There has been another change in management...But still great service. These folks have there "act" together. They are very professional and care for their clientele. They do have set policies but are not afraid to bend them when needed to accommodate others needs. Give them a chance to store your 'stuff'. DD

In recent years, I've had to store my some of my household goods twice and I've used SPS both times. I currently have two spaces. The managers and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The facility is neat and clean. I've never had water leaks, pests or any other problems that might occur
