These folks are awesome!!! We've been customers for years, both for our business (we buy, restore and sell antique furniture) and our home (ummm I guess you'd call us borderline hoarders, lol!) and they have accommodated our requests to change unit size with grace and encouragement. . .highest marks! Excellent location and hours, but the best asset--the management team. Aces!

My family and I have used a few different storage facilities, and Security Public Storage, surprisingly, had the best customer service. It's not one we had heard of before, but it came at a great rate so we tried it out, and we are glad that we did. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 under the facility area is for two reasons: 1 being that they don't always have toilet paper in the restroom (which isn't huge), and 2 being that there is usually a HUGE garbage that we can't use as we clean out our storage, ($50 for eve... read more
