I've been renting a storage unit for about 2 years and I'm really happy with the service. The inside it is really clean and not stuffy and uncomfortable. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The storage facility is on a busy street which makes feel safe than having the location in a isolated and vulnerable area.
This review is over due, Michelle and the staff at Security Public storage in Pinole, CA have been so helpful and on top of any of our storage needs. The grounds feel safe and secure. Do not hesitate to store your items for a convenient and quality experience.
