They have excellent customer service and communication. Such a great location and feel safe about my belongings being there.
We are renting a storage unit out at this facility in Pinole. The facility is very clean, every time we have gone there has been hardly anyone else there so it’s very quiet. I forgot the woman who works there name, but she is very pleasant and nice, which I can appreciate. I gave 4 stars because everything is good, my only thing is, storage units are very high. My experience with Security Public Storage has always been great! The staff has always been very helpful, the location is always bery clean, and well lit. I have always had a great experience working with the staff for anything I needed.
