Good storage-purposed site (old Bekins building, as opposed to repurposed or a "storage motel"). Thus dry and temperature-controlled. Big building is worth the extra cost.
I have had a storage locker at Security Public Storage for more than 13 years. The staff has always been very courteous, professional and helpful. The facility is always clean and seems very safe. They have maintained it well and made improvements over the years. Also, the hours and location are very convenient.

The Redwood City location is superb. Friendly staff, clean and safe premises. I gave 4 stars because the closing time I feel should be extended an hour.
This storage facility is great, excellent service from friendly staff,and great prices. Also very secure and easy to access.
clean, well lit, great facility. Steven, the manager is excellent. When I forgot where my unit was, he graciously walked me to it, and helped me open a sticky lock. Location is very easy to get to and well maintained.
I have rented storage space from Security Public Storage since 2003. I have found the storage facility to be clean, easily accessible, and safe. Management personnel has always been accessible when needed. The hours of operation/access are reasonable. I would recommend the Redwood City facility.
Facility is clean, safe and their rates are reasonable. I don't worry about any of my belongings in storage here. Very good customer service too.
We have been using this storage facility for the last few years and we are very happy with the service, facility, and security. The manager is really awesome as he always responds to any needs right away. He also is very diligent that no weary people are coming on the grounds. Everyone needs to have a security code to get in. Definitely very happy!
