I go in person to make my way to pay my bill and customer service is excellent! The facility and its surroundings are always safe and very clean. I chose the best storage location.
I have been up to 6 months with this company and I have recommended other people as well. The storage in general is good but where my storage unit is located I have seen big rat droppings that are concerning me. I’m not sure if they are doing anything to prevent any rats but I will inform the front desk about it when I get to pay the storage. The prices are expensive but for new customer they give you discounts which they are convenient at times.
