I called to inquire about renting space. Ms. Zaidman was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about all my questions and worked diligently to make sure I had the proper space I needed at a good price. Moved in on a Sunday, Paul and Ron were johnny on the spot with all my needs. Showed the space to me to make sure I was satisfied. This has been a rewarding experience.
We have used this storage unit for nearly two years and have been satisfied. The new people in the office are very friendly.
I appreciate the fact that they will call to avoid charging you late fees. The staff is very professional and accommodating.
