My first impression of the location... clean !! Walked in thru the door and the customer service professional but friendly, the agent that I signed my contract, very personable and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner but not rushed. He explained everything to me, showed me where my unit was at . Very pleased with Security Public Storage, Vallejo. Would I recommend to family and friends .. YES !!
This is a clean, safe place to be early or late in the day. The staff has been extremely helpful each time I have come to the office with concerns and questions.
