Such great service and nice staff
The staff here is really nice and understanding. The facility is close to home so going in and out is not a problem especially when constantly moving.
This place is awesome! The customer service representatives was kind and professional. They took the time to accommodate me to the right size storage unit. They even went above the call of duty to arrange me getting the size of storage unit I needed. They have no break ins and are totally proactive on deterrent of crimes. I feel totally safe with my precious belongings. You rock!
There was some issues regarding another storage next to mine that had a leak of some sort that got into my storage and the managers were quick to respond and was very helpful in resolving this matter. They were also open to the options/ideas I recommended to help alleviate this issue in the future. With that said I give 5 STARS!!!🌟. Thank you!!
Alicia is very professional and her customer service is phenomenal! I canceled my reservation with another competitor to rent from this facility just because of her customer service. The facility is also clean and secure!
I am happy with the ladies in the office they were informative, helpful and friendly. I am happy with my unit, and the grounds.
