"Bad experience turned great!" After a month and a half and a very bad complaint, the GM referred me to his senior salesman and changed my opinion of the company for the better! Young salesman, Derek Pugh, went above and beyond to assist me! Even tho in the end I purchased my new vehicle elsewhere, his skills left a lasting impression on me and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a used vehicle.
"Salesperson was excellent" despite some problems with the mechanic, the salesperson Ross was excellent and really went above and beyond to make me happy. I would definitely recommend iCar Canada to friends.

"Great Dealership with an amazing Staff" Ryan found exactly what I wanted in an extremely timely manner. He was very helpful and co-operative in getting what i wanted done to the vehicle and exceeded my expectations.
