"Excellent Customer Service" I recently purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi RVR from iCar through Derek. From the time I talked to Derek on the phone until I picked up the vehicle, it was an awesome experience. After arriving at iCar after 5 pm on a Thursday, test driving three vehicles and deciding which one I wanted, everything was completed by 8 pm including the financing. The customer service I received from Derek and Arthur was awesome!! I will be recommending Thunder Bay's iCar dealer to all my friends!!
