On visiting a beloved friend staying within Selwood House, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well-kept and modern the home is. The coffee shop is a real delight! The staff are also very welcoming and accommodating. A real pleasure to visit!

I got to the stage where my mother had to be put into a care home. We searched for a care home and I think we found the perfect one in Sellwood House. They were and still are very helpful, they take really good care of my mum and they've made the whole process so smooth. They keep her very busy and it's just a lovely place for her to stay. I would honestly give everything a 10 out of 10.

I cannot praise this care home enough. My husband has Alzheimer's and requires endless help but is always cared for with such kindness and dignity. The staff are second to none although caring for residents with various problems, they are always smiling. A very happy caring home which I cannot recommend highly enough.

The care for my father has been fantastic. All staff have taken the time to get to know him and make him feel at home. The food is excellent, and the option to book a private dining area for family get-togethers has worked really well. The weekly trips out and daily indoor activities have been great fun for my father, keeping him entertained and stimulated sufficiently for his stage of dementia.
