Awesome Experience!! Great Staff, Tyrique did an awesome job helping me find a car that was right for me. Since I was a first time buyer he and the other staff helped me get the best deal possible. At the same time I didn't feel any pressure from them. I am truly happy with my first car and I'm loving it so far!
Nice purchase I purchased my 2016 Chevy Trax LTZ from David Maus Chevrolet. My sales person was Daniel Marrero, who was friendly, and very knowledgable. He was giving even more info during the test drive. Daniel helped find the Chevy Trax I was looking for and there was never any pressure to make a decision or purchase. Overall good but poor timing & communication Although customer service was present at all times, with a combined dual FICO scores of 805 and 827, there is no reason it should have taken 4 hours to buy a car. There was also a lot of confusion and contradiction on the real value of the 2014 Malibu I was trading in....I felt at times I was trying to be "had" although in the end I got the car I have been wanting.
A wonderful experience. Alexander Vagle is a very courteous and informative salesman whom I would recommend to any of my family or friends.
