Norma Penaranda went above and beyond, It was important to her that we were satisfied with the vehicle we purchased, all while staying with in our budget. Great service visit I had my seatbelt recall completed. I really appreciate that my service writer, Keith, not only took the time to explain how to raise and lower the spare tire, while I was there, but showed me by actually doing it so I clearly understood how it's done. Plus, I've owned my Rally edition Silverado for almost two years now. It has no scratches on it. I know because I'm retired and I wipe it down almost every morning and with a handicap placard I can avoid having to park close to other cars when I go out. I w... read more

Great service from an awesome service advisor I have been using David Maus Service for a few years now on two older vehicles - an '07 Tahoe and an '04 Silverado 2500HD Duramax, each with approximately 150k miles on them. I have had service from several different advisors when I first started coming to David Maus for service but after dealing with Billy Larney the first time, he has become my service advisor of choice.
