Class A Central Florida dealer I shopped a couple of central Florida dealers for my truck and they were by far the most professional people I dealt with. Up front, honest and supportive sales staff. They share a simple philosophy. No pressure sales. Steve Z and Josh H were a dynamite a duo. Their responses were quick and precise. Used car shopping When I arrived at the dealership the sales person I was supposed to meet was busy but another sales associate immediately helped me. She was very informative and no pressure whatsoever. She knew we were just looking around at different places so she gave me her phone number if I needed to get in contact with her.

Vehicle owner This dealership has a professional atmosphere which we like. Team members are always courteous and attentive. Although this was just a simple oil change, they kept me informed of how the process was going and made sure that any questions I had were answered.

Great Service I brought my 2016 Corvette in for a nail in the rear tire. I was worried that I was going to have to purchase a new tire since these are Michelin Run Flats. Bob was the service advisor since my regular advisor was on vacation. Bob came to me about 30 minutes later and handed me my keys and said MERRY CHRISTMAS. The nail did not penetrate the tire and I did not have to buy one. A great start to the Christmas Season......

It was ok The check in process was better but still not great having to wait for your service person. Then part way through I had to pack up all my belongings as I was there working to go over recommendations at his desk felt like he could have come to me. Then they said car was done I paid and had to wait standing outside for 20 minutes while they found my car. Over all was ok just didnt feel valued.
