Robert was great. your cost to me are too high. I received no consideration for my loyalty to your dealership. I got no checklist for safety items on my car. My tire monitors have not worked for a year and you have yet to mention it. When I look at my invoice I can see you make sure your overhead is covered down to your rags and surcharge of 3 percent for the use of my credit card.
