2017 SUV Cadillac Luxury 11-19-23. Purchased 10-11-23. In contract, inside cover to sunroof badly damaged. To be repaired or replaced. After several attempts, no return calls to fix. Been 5 weeks, plus. In fear of being ignored, I took my Cadillac to Carroll Chevrolet, in DeLand. They replaced a worn hub bearing due to loud roar on open highway. A recalibration to "Touch Screen". Toyota seminole, Nate salesperson Nate is the best salesman, we bought a Sienna in 2022 through him and a RAV4 in 2023. Highly recommend. He takes his time and was patient with us as a customer, he listened to our concerns and needs and tried his best to meet us there. He was able to communicate effectively via phone, text and in-person. Initially we bought a Corolla instead of the RAV4 and Nate helped us get switched out of it after a week when we realized it didn’t fit our needs.
