Great experience! I came in on a whim to have a look at a 2015 Sonic. I was a little worried because I knew I was "upside down" in my current vehicle and thought the likelihood of leaving with a vehicle was slim to none. Isaac put my mind at ease and assured me that they would be able to help me. There was no pressure or cheesy sales tactics. Cruze purchase I was helped by Kyle, who was awesome and patient with my selections. However, the next guy, Rafael, who was giving me price offers for the vehicle, was pushy and impatient. Kyle gave him the price range of what I was willing to pay monthly, but he came back several times with a price OVER my amount, and said things like, "then you shouldn't have told us this amount when you cant afford to" and "you gotta work with me, Im doing all I can." 2008 Corvette Purchase Absolutely the best experience I have encountered with any dealership. It was a smooth transaction with no high pressure sales tactics. My salesman Russell Smith was very helpful and contributed to us making a decision. We encountered a problem with the vehicle after the purchase but Melvin McCune expedited repairs and put us in a loaner car until repairs were completed.
