When we got there a salesman was there and showed us around we looked at different vehicles we found the Equinox we liked that one so Dustin told us all about the different options that came with that vehicle then we took a test drive we like it so he took us in side show us the whole dealership to us then we sat down and made a deal everyone was nice to us
Dustin greeted me immediately. I expressed my want for a camaro and needed to know the various levels of camaros. He did just that. I then made an appt to return with my brother and this is when Dustin showed me the car I purchased. I was very pleased with Dustin and my experience.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I already knew the make and model of the car I wanted, so the salesman didn't try to push anything else on me. Joey was very helpful.
Bought a new 2014 Silverado... no stress, no haggling. Sales manager was able to meet our budget on second round of negotiations. Gave them the stock # of the truck over the phone and it was waiting out front for me when I got there. Truck developed a 'mis-fire' upon leaving dealership and was easily and quickly dealt with the next morning. Turns out it was a bad coil/spark plug lead...truck hasn't missed a beat since.
