Isaac was very helpful even though he is a new employee. He was very courteous. When he did't know an answer, he got it from his manager. I have trained sales personnel for over 40 years and he did the right things.

I did a lot of research online of the best dealership in Central Florida because I am new resident and wasn't sure which dealership would suit my needs. Originally I went in for an oil change and car detail for my 2012 Camaro 1 LT, I setup an appointment, and brought my car in. I like the fact that when you pull up, there is someone there to help you out, take your car, and it's off to the lobby to get a soda and snoop around in the car accessories section. Jason and Joey went way beyond what any dealership I have ever purchased from would have done, We had a problem and they both instantly said" we will make it right", and that they did. I highly recommend this dealership for anything you need. Chevrolet should be very proud of the group of people that David Maus has in his employ and as well should he. Ray and Melvin were very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the dealership, and explained all costs and rebates.

Daniel my salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the 2013 Tahoe we purchased. We had been looking for a 2013 Tahoe and were having difficulty locating one with the options I wanted. I work 12 hour days and Daniel brought the Tahoe I was interested in up to my place of employment so that I could look at it. After work, I went to the dealership and he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was a pretty easy transaction to say the least.

Prior to my visit, I was in email and phone contact with Daniel Schumann who was friendly and knowledgeable. I made my first car purchase with my husband today at David Maus Chevrolet. I was very nervous and really wanted to drive away in a 2013 Chevy Cruze without too much of a fuss. Dexter Glasgow made that possible. He was the friendly and down to earth. In all my years of purchasing cars, purchasing from David Maus has been by far the best! I had a scheduled appointment to drive a car at another dealer, however Raymond Martinez from David Maus Cheverolet called me just before I left to take a test drive at the other dealer 6 miles from my home. After talking with Ray I knew I wanted to deal with him. We test drove the car near our home then drove the 50+ miles to David Maus to work with and buy from Raymond. We drove all the way from Melbourne because they had a large inventory of Volts. We ended up buying from them and were treated like resort guests!! We purchased through USAA so they like military too!
