I went into David Maus to have the oil changed in my 2010 Chevrolet Camaro after dropping off the car at the service dept I walked the lot to look at the 2014 Malibu re-fresh they had a rather nice looking 14 CRT Malibu 2LT after looking it over I proceeded back to the waiting area. I purchased a used 2011 Surburban from David Maus. Overall buying experience was exceptional. Where it went wrong is when I tried putting in my home address in the nav system the next day. No street address found and my home was built in 2009. I decided to visit the dealership to request an updated disk equal to the year of the vehicle. Used car mgr. I went to David Maus Chevrolet with my mind made up on the type of vehicle I wanted. Jay Reese was my salesman and explained options available to me. He took his time and answered all of my questions truthfully and noted my concerns. Needless to say, after speaking with Jay my "made up" mind was changed and I purchased a new vehicle with terms I absolutely couldn't pass up. Jay was excellent, along with the rest of the David Maus staff and I would gladly recommend Jay and this dealership!
David Maus Chevrolet is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We had a great buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. The location is convenient and has a very large inventory of every type of vehicle made by Chevrolet.

Isaac was very helpful even though he is a new employee. He was very courteous. When he did't know an answer, he got it from his manager. I have trained sales personnel for over 40 years and he did the right things.
I did a lot of research online of the best dealership in Central Florida because I am new resident and wasn't sure which dealership would suit my needs. Originally I went in for an oil change and car detail for my 2012 Camaro 1 LT, I setup an appointment, and brought my car in. I like the fact that when you pull up, there is someone there to help you out, take your car, and it's off to the lobby to get a soda and snoop around in the car accessories section.
