Very helpful and friendly. It is a low pressure place with knowledgable sales people. The purchasing process was as you would expect when buying a car, but not as bad as many places, they worked with me.
Ty and Steve were very attentive, friendly and made me feel very good about the entire service experience. They were very helpful in having my problem identified and resolved promptly and at an excellent price. David Maus is the only dealership I've been to in the last 30 years of buying new cars that really treats customers with respect. I was looking for an HHR, and none of the local dealers had any in stock. Gary went above and beyond not only to find an HHR, he found three for me to choose from, and had the one I was looking for delivered to David Maus. This was all done before I ever set foot in the dealership. The actual sale took all of 30 minutes to complete, and was the most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had.
Chris was great. very friendly. Chris and Mike the sales manager bent over back words to make sure we were satisfied with the car we purchased as well as getting the payment where I wanted it. I'll go there the next time I need a vehicle for sure.

My experience at David Maus Chevrolet was superb. Earlier in the day, I went to another Chevy dealership where I was there for like 10-15 min and nobody came to see me. After that, I left and came to DM Chevy where as soon as I pulled up, Tom Clark was already heading towards me to greet me. He was very friendly and his knowledge on the Camaro was excellent. I would like to thank both Melvin, Chris and everyone at the Dealer Ship for helping us purchase our new car. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I. Ty is a great service advisor; he really takes care of you while your car is getting worked on. He always answers his phone or returns call promptly, he is courteous when checking you in, and updates you as needed when you are waiting on your car. David Maus Chevrolet can be a bit pricey on service, but they always have coupons and Ty makes sure you get the best deal possible for whatever ails your car.
