Thomas Walker William, the Service Rep I always request when I'm bringing one of our Chevys in, always provides outstanding service. He is always informative about what needs to be done, and the cost, and provides me with a feeling of confidence that the service will be done perfectly, and it is. He is a keeper, David Maus.

The people we interact with actually care for the customer and make us feel completely comfortable. On top of that concierge service to the mall and pickup during our wait. everything is the best.
Great Service I have bought and maintained my Chevy with David Maus. Birdie was my service writer and has been services me mostly for the past 15 years. It is comforting to have a known entity helping each time and she takes the time to greet me every time I pickup my vehicle from service. This last visit I used the night drop option and she called me in the morning to verify everything before performing the services.
Timely Response Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I am very pleased with the timely repairs made to my car and because I had purchased a master protection plan, I didn't have to pay anything for the repair! I was given a free brand new loaner which helped out nicely.
Very well run organization Greg McClellan runs an exceptional organization. Everyone appears to know their job and they perform it well. They were very busy the day I was there but everyone worked together to focus on a singular goal of meeting the customer's needs. Best car buying experience ever for me.
My new car buyin experience Just purchased a new Volt from Davis Maus. friendly staff, eager to respond to any questions, experience was 1st class from the purchase to the delivery of the car. Worked with Steve Larrame to get me the deal I needed so I didn't have to travel 120 miles to another dealer. Was able to execute the purchase without any inconvenience on the part of my wife who could not leave work. Steve drove to my wife's office to sign the paperwork and deliver the car. Great service so far!.
