Richard Nunez is fantastic! Richard was very personable, on top of the communications with me and returned a quality repair job. However, I was promise a complimentary wash in which I did not receive :(
Thomas Walker William, the Service Rep I always request when I'm bringing one of our Chevys in, always provides outstanding service. He is always informative about what needs to be done, and the cost, and provides me with a feeling of confidence that the service will be done perfectly, and it is. He is a keeper, David Maus.

Always a pleasure From making the appointment through every step to completion a well organized team with excellent service people. The people we interact with actually care for the customer and make us feel completely comfortable. On top of that concierge service to the mall and pickup during our wait. everything is the best.

Great Service I have bought and maintained my Chevy with David Maus. Birdie was my service writer and has been services me mostly for the past 15 years. It is comforting to have a known entity helping each time and she takes the time to greet me every time I pickup my vehicle from service. This last visit I used the night drop option and she called me in the morning to verify everything before performing the services.

Timely Response Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I am very pleased with the timely repairs made to my car and because I had purchased a master protection plan, I didn't have to pay anything for the repair! I was given a free brand new loaner which helped out nicely.

Very well run organization Greg McClellan runs an exceptional organization. Everyone appears to know their job and they perform it well.
