Fixed my issues and made my purchase right I purchased a car for my family and I at the end of August. The sales experience was quick and easy. Tracey Smith was my salesman. Tracey has been available to me thru Cell and Text the whole time. While after dealing with some issues after the purchase I thought I was stuck with a bad situation but the GM Scott got involved. Above and beyond customers service! David Muas Chevrolet was outstanding to our vehicle need. They made my purchase the way car buying should: friendly, efficient, fair and reasonable. tandal very good. Post purchase process too long We were happy with Randal's service and care. The process with Christopher Moore i.e. signing the documentation we found to be too long and frustrating with the focus being more on trying to sell us add ons more than getting the documents signed.

Amazing Experience! Working with Shane Tutle was amazing. I originally inquired about a truck advertised on the internet, and when we spoke on the phone, I laid out what I had and were I wanted to be. He took my concerns and needs to the table and worked out the best deal he could. He kept me informed through the day on progress with his managers and knowing we had a 2 1/2 hour drive to his dealership, he kept us up to date on when the truck would be available to pick up. David Maus Chevy is my favorite dealer in Central FL. Mr. Tracy Smith was a big help in me getting a less than 1 year old preowned Malibu, which is one of the nicest cars I have ever owned. I also left my Cobalt to get worked on. I highly recommend this dealer and the folks that work there.
