Bought a new car Carlos was amazing....followed up great didn’t have the greatest credit joe the boss worked it out stayed in contact and I got a great car and love it a lot

Best Car Buying Experience I have to say that both my husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the last 20 years, and this by far was the best experience. We went in looking specifically for a used Toyota Highlander and ended up buying a new 2019 Highlander instead. Marty Owen was fantastic. David Maus saved me! On a trip to Disney from Orange Park, FL, my Sienna broke down in Sanford. It was towed to Maus Toyota and I was at there mercy. Isiah Jones in service took exceptionally good care of me and my wife. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I definitely wouldn't have gotten treated that well by my local Toyota dealer. Superior Service for Past 8 Years I’ve had my Lexus serviced by Glenn Nidhan and his team since Jul 2010. Glenn provides exceptional customer service every time. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. He’s honest and fair, and provides trustworthy repair and service advice.

Lost keys After the long negotiations they lost the second set of keys to my new vehicle it took at least an hour to finally tell that they couldn’t locate the keys. I was just ready to leave . They told me they would contact me the next morning regarding the second set of keys as well as schedule an appointment to correct a minor defect. I received no phone call from them.
