Excellent customer service year in and year out Jeremiah in service Dept was knowledgeable and courteous. Appreciate his attention to detail and his positive attitude. One suggestion: Please up grade your coffee service kiosk. Literally would be more in line with the dealership if it was not even there. Ps I dont know a Jim smith, his name simply defaults in this survey.

Oil change and service maintenance I have always received excellent customer care when it is time for servicing my Toyota Sienna van. I know I can go anywhere for service but like knowing genuine Toyota parts are being used for my van. Also I have price checked before for brakes and other things and David Maus has always beat the price I was quoted. I am very happy with the service at David Maus.

He went above and beyond and worked in conjunction with the amazing folks actually doing the work to reduce the planned wait time (because of the variety of things I wanted done (along with some upgrades and a full detail) by TWO hours!! Excellent Glen is an excellent. He explained everything throughly before the service was provided. He also explained the charges by line item and walked me to the cashier and waited to walk me to the car. I am really pleased with his courtesy.

They were quick about doing my maintenance The service was great .. Everyone was friendly.. They work fast..it was easy making appointment that fits my needs.. I will come back. Years ago i had problems with david maus. They have new management.

Car service. Isiah Jones was very helpful when I took my car in to get serviced. Very polite, understanding and friendly! Would recommend him for your cars service. Doesn’t matter if you have a Toyota or not, he’s very knowledgeable on any model you bring in. His team is one of the best for service!
