If it was not for jon albino;) I was not happy at all when I went in the first time to make this deal happen. A long story short......Your sales staff is strong! Jon Albino is bar none the best I've ever dealt with. In the car business and real world business. Having some one of his stature and charisma on your sales staff is beyond doing what ever it takes. Sales Experence My sales man was outstanding, Michael Santangelo. He showed me everything on the new Camry, 2013 and I would come back to this dealership again for all my other vehicles and will recommend my family/friends to shop here. Excellent service We went to comparison shop but left with a new Prius. Mario Covi and his colleague Michael did an excellent job with us. My philosophy is a win- win. As consumers it is easy to feel the dealership always wins but this time I felt it was a win for everyone. Very thorough throughout the initial prospecting and until the last question was answered. Deryck is great! My wife and I had a great time at the dealership. The team displayed extravagant hospitality and was able to lure us into a brand new Toyota. Initially, we didn't want to go over our budget but with the great deal we felt comfortable. Furthermore, the only issue we had was the slow process. I'm still trying to understand the point of the online application when you have to fill out identical paper work at arrival.
