What floor mat installed?Where did you get the reports from? I think you got the wrong information. Only Oil Change and filter changed? That's a "yes". I have reports available and so such floor mat installed or any other service stated on my receipt. No new floor mat purchased or charged and no other service performed. Furthermore, it's the fastest oil change I done ever. I guess because I made the appointment for 5:30 pm, which is the end of day or service.
